Return/Exchange Policies
We want you to love your new
Naturino shoes! We are open to returns and exchanges, based
on the following policies.
Returns

Simply return your shoes
- unworn, undamaged and in the original shoe box
within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, less
shipping or within 30 days of receipt for store
credit, less shipping.
Please either enclose
the shoe box in a box of your own, or in protective
packaging (ie., do not use the box of shoes as the
shipping box), to avoid a repacking fee. Shoe boxes
damaged or marred due to improper shipping (tape
or labels directly on the shoe boxes themselves)
are subject to a $5.00
repackaging fee.
Shipping on Returns must
be pre-paid. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your
original shipping charges for any reason other than
a shipping error on ourpart.

Special Orders, if not a personalized
accessory (those are non-returnable), are subject to a 25%
restocking fee.
Where to send returns:
Each shipment will include a receipt with the Naturino store
of origin, either Dallas or Houston. Returns will only be
accepted by the store of origin (the store that sent the
merchandise).

Free Exchanges
To drastically reduce your shipping
costs, we will pay for the outgoing exchange shipping costs
(USPS Priority Mail, a $8.00 value) within 30 days of the
original purchase, call 1-877-839-7463.
You will be charged only the
price of the shoe(s), no additional shipping.
Once we receive the shoes you
send back, your credit will be issued within 14 days.
Exclusions
Only 1 exchange per order. Multiple
pairs may be exchanged but they must be done in the same
package.
Any shoe(s) that was shipped
as an exchange is returned as well as the original shoe(s).
Customer will be charged all related shipping charges.
Sale shoes selling for less than
$30.00.
Final Sale purchases.
Special Orders

Defective Merchandise
Naturino defines defective merchandise
as any footwear that is flawed concerning workmanship or
materials, and is warranted by our manufacturer. Defective
footwear claims must be made in 30 days of the purchase
date. Naturino cannot warrant the fit of any footwear. If
your child was unfortunate enough to develop a blister,
the vast majority of the time the shoes were the wrong size
(usually too small). The other causes may be when sandals
are worn without a sock the first day or a stiff dress/uniform
shoe
worn 8 hours the first day. It is rare a defect in materials
or workmanship caused discomfort or blisters for your child.
All "defective" returns
must be pre-authorized. Merchandise without pre-authorization
will be refused or returned immediately. An authorization
return code may be simply obtained by e-mail at info@naturinodallas.com
or by phone at 1-877-839-7463.
Returns thought to be defective
will be inspected promptly (within 2 business days) If a
warranted manufactured defect exists, our store will gladly
replace or exchange the defective footwear, when available.
The standard shipping cost of the return ($8.00 maximum),
will be refunded and the replacement footwear shipped for
free. Any worn footwear determined not to have a manufacturers
defect, will be returned to the customer promptly and the
cost of shipping will be the sole responsibility of the
customer.
Neither the manufacturer, Naturino
Dallas, nor Naturino Houston will give credit for slight
imperfections in stitching or materials (cosmetic defects)
once the shoe has been worn. It is the customer's sole responsibility
to inspect the shoes before they are worn and return the
unworn footwear for a full refund.

Tax Information
Because Naturino stores
are independently owned, customers outside the state of
Texas will not be charged tax. (States can only require
companies to collect sales tax in states where they have
business operations. Naturino Dallas and Naturino Houston,
work in cooperation on this website, and therefore only
charge sales tax to customers shipped to in Texas.)
